On top of our list: CHEESE FONDUE

Ingredients
ASSO. FRUIT N MEAT FONDUE

INGREDIENTS QNTY
1 SHREDDED, SWISS CHEESE 250 GM
2 SHREDDED, CHEDDAR CHEESE 250 GM
3 REFINED FLOUR 20 GM
4 GARLIC, CUT IN HALF 1 CLOVE
5 WHITE WINE 250 ML
6 LEMON JUICE

1 TBSP

FOR STICKS
1 FRENCH BREAD TOAST IN FORK AS REQUIRED
2 ANY MEAT IN FONDUE FORK AS REQUIRED
3 ANY VEGGIES & FRUITS AS REQUIRED

Methods:

1. In medium bowl, toss cheeses and flour to mix.
2. Rub garlic on bottom and side of fondue pot, heavy saucepan or skillet; discard garlic.
3. Add wine heat over simmer setting on fondue pot or over low heat just until bubbles rise to surface (do not boil). Stir in lemon juice.
4 gradually add cheese mixture half at a time, stirring using a whisk over low heat, untill melted.
5. Add the remainingmixture and stir untill fully melted.
6. remove from heat, keep it in a heat proof bowl & keep warm over low heat.
7. prepare fondue forks speared  with fruits ,bread, veggies etc. dip and swril in fondue with stirring motion. and enjoy cheesy bites.

Chef Tips: if fondue becomes too thick, stir in little wine as per the consistency required.
